1. All orders are dispatched within 72 hours (Monday to Saturday) which is expected to be delivered within 4-6 days in major towns and 7 – 10 days in other locations based on your pin code.
2. Dispatch will be free for purchase above Rs.500 (Rupees One Thousand) and a nominal amount of Rs.70 will charged for purchase below Rs.500.
3. As of now, we do not offer cash on delivery option.
4. If a tracking number is provided by the courier / speed post, we shall notify the same to you.
5. Packaging will be without any branding or description of the items ordered by you to ensure privacy.
6. You will get an update through SMS / email soon after we dispatch your ordered item/s.
7. All items will be dispatched with an invoice as per Indian Tax Rules.
8. Delivery may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, government holidays or riots and political unrest.
9. Please do not accept delivery if you find the package tampered or damaged. In such case, it is your responsibility to file a claim for freight damage with the carrier as we will not be able make a claim for the same.
